Bringing a comprehensive, biblical response to Islam in America

“Islamophobia today is the most serious form of religious defamation.”

Posted by afghanjohn on September 14, 2007

Ok, please don’t laugh at me. I didn’t say it.

“Islamophobia today is the most serious form of religious defamation.” This was said by Doudou Diene who is described by Associated Press reporter, Frank Jordans, as a “racism expert” with the United Nations.

I can still hear you laughing. But at least now you know the source of the joke.

Well it’s good to know that the United Nations is right on top of the “most serious form of religious defamation”.

But what about those of us who are not afraid of Islam but belive it to be false and believe it’s founder, Mohammed, is not a prophet of God? We are not afraid of Islam and don’t tell others to be afraid, thus we aren’t contributiting to “Islamophobia”, right?

So are those of us who are not afraid to expose the lies of Islam and the fact that Mohammed is not a prophet also guilty of this “most serious form of religious defamation”?

What does the United Nations have to say about people like me?

I’m not afraid of Islam or any of its thugs. I refuse to live in submission to the teachings of Mohammed, and thus feel quite free to speak out.

In one of my class sessions, a student once asked me if I was afraid of what the Muslims might do to me for saying what I say. My response was, “afraid of what? What can they do? They might take me, rip my body apart and spill my guts on the ground. So what? What is to be afraid of?”

“And do not fear those who kill the body, but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” Jesus Christ, Matthew 10:28

So I want that expert on racism at the United Nations, Mr. Doudou Diene, to know I’m not afraid of Islam. And I’m not afraid of the United Nations either. (If I was, would it be called UNophobia?)

But I would like clarification from the UN about religious defamation that has nothing to do with Islamophobia.

I know Mr. Diene is not saying I do not have the right to speak out, but if the United Nations ever does try to curtail my free speech rights, at least I know I can rely on David Cole of Georgetown University to defend my First Amendment rights.

Since http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8RV46fsmx6E&mode=related&search= is not considered religious defamation by the UN, it’s probably ok to pass this information along.

Ever notice how attacks againist Christianity are ok? Maybe that’s because the Christians will take the time to respond with thoughtful counter-arguments rather than using threats of violence or actual violence againt those who have “defamed” or “dishonored” their religion.

It seems to me that the Muslim threats of violence is what actually determines that something is a “serious form of religious defamation” rather than the facts themselves.

Therefore, the video linked to on http://www.youtube.com above isn’t a serious form of religious defamation because large numbers of people in Christian cultures are not going to repsond with threats of violence. No problem.

GOD’s stupidity is smarter than all of us.
